Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase

These terms and conditions apply to all transactions between The Australian Federation of Totally and Permanently Incapacitated Ex Servicemen and Women (Queensland Branch) Inc, hence forth Qld TPI Association, and the recipient for the sale of the Qld TPI Association's product(s) and/ or subscription(s). The recipient's entry into an online transaction for the product(s) and/ or subscription(s) is the recipient's acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All Qld TPI Association's products and/ or subscriptions are proprietary to the Qld TPI Association. The recipient agrees not to reproduce or otherwise disclose the information contained in the product(s) and/ or subscription(s) to any third party or person without the written consent of the Qld TPI Association.

Qld TPI Association products and/ or subscriptions are sold 'as is'. Qld TPI Association offers no warranty that the product(s) and/ or subscription(s) will satisfy a particular need or purpose of the recipient.

Whilst every reasonable care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in the product(s) and/ or subscription(s), the facts, estimates, useability, functionality, suitability and opinions stated therein are based on information and sources that, while the Qld TPI Association believes them to be reliable, are not guaranteed.

While due care is taken in developing the Qld TPI Association product(s) and/ or subscription(s), it is provided as is. The Qld TPI Association, its directors or employees, or authors of the product(s) and/ or subscription(s) makes no warranty, expressed or implied, with regard to the product(s) and/ or subscription(s) and accepts no liability for any loss occasioned to any person or entity acting or failing to act as a result of anything contained in or omitted from the product(s) and/ or subscription(s).

The Qld TPI Association is the owner of all copyrights in the product(s) and/ or subscription(s) unless otherwise stated therein. The Qld TPI Association reserves all rights. All rights reserved. It is the Qld TPI Association's policy to undertake legal action against infringers of the Qld TPI Association copyright in order to protect the Qld TPI Association rights.

All prices are stated in Australian Dollars. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Qld TPI Association Management.

All transactions are online transactions. If the recipient experiences a problem with the Qld TPI Association product(s) and/ or subscription(s), the recipient shall contact the Qld TPI Association within 24 hours.

The recipient accepts all the risks associated with credit card payments. The Qld TPI Association uses third parties to validate online transactions. The Qld TPI Association shall not be held liable for any error with respect to validation. The Qld TPI Association does not store or receive the recipient's credit card details neither during nor after the online transaction.

The recipient warrants that the purchase information provided to the Qld TPI Association and its nominated third parties is accurate. The recipient shall indemnify the Qld TPI Association against all losses, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities incurred by the Qld TPI Association as the result of any claim or action brought by a third party for any incorrect information supplied by the recipient.
